These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RCFEasy, operated by Assisted Living Business Solutions at rcfeasy.com. By accessing or using RCFEasy, you agree to these Terms.

Use of RCFEasy

Access requires an active account authorized by your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity under your account.

RCFEasy Schedule SMS Alerts program

RCFEasy offers optional operational SMS alerts for workforce scheduling. This program sends text messages only to users designated by an authorized company administrator as the schedule SMS alert recipient for a facility. Messages notify designated recipients when a scheduled employee has not clocked in after the configured grace period. These messages are operational notifications, not marketing or promotional messages.

Program name: RCFEasy Schedule SMS Alerts
Opt-in: An authorized administrator selects an active app user with a valid roster phone number as the SMS alert recipient in RCFEasy facility settings. Saving that setting constitutes consent to receive operational shift alerts for that facility.
Message frequency: Varies based on missed scheduled clock-ins and is not fixed.
Message and data rates may apply.
HELP: Reply HELP for help.
STOP: Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. You may re-enable alerts by having an administrator update your facility SMS recipient settings in RCFEasy.
Support: Contact us through the RCFEasy contact page.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle mobile numbers and messaging data, including our statement that mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You agree to use RCFEasy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, carrier requirements, and your organization's policies.

Disclaimer

RCFEasy is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, including SMS delivery, which may be affected by carrier networks and third-party messaging providers.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RCFEasy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
