Our origin
Designed in real facilities, over real years.
RCFEasy started with an RCFE owner and operator running several facilities in California. There was no off-the-shelf system that could handle the full scope of the work — so the team built one, tool by tool, while the homes stayed open and the census kept moving.
For years, every feature was shaped in real time: a new compliance requirement, a painful payroll week, an admissions rush, a survey, a staffing crisis. The product you see today is the result of that pressure — not a generic template with an assisted living label slapped on top.
Other vendors have attempted pieces of this. None of them come close to running the entire company the way RCFEasy does. We are now preparing to open that same system to operators who are tired of settling for less.
