We collect information you and your organization provide when using RCFEasy, including account details, employee roster information, scheduling data, and contact information such as email addresses and mobile phone numbers used for workforce notifications.

How we use information

We use collected information to provide, operate, and improve RCFEasy, including sending operational workforce notifications configured by authorized administrators (for example, alerts when a scheduled employee has not clocked in after a configured grace period).

SMS and mobile messaging

RCFEasy Schedule SMS Alerts is an optional operational notification program. A company administrator may designate an active app user as the SMS alert recipient for a facility. Messages are sent to the mobile phone number stored on that user's employee roster profile.

• Non-sharing: We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
• Service providers: We use messaging service providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver messages you have configured through RCFEasy. Those providers process message delivery data as necessary to transmit SMS on our behalf.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on missed scheduled clock-ins and is not fixed.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS alerts or HELP for help.

Data retention and security

We retain information as long as needed to provide RCFEasy and meet legal or operational requirements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Your choices

Organization administrators control SMS alert settings in RCFEasy. Recipients may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. Account and roster data may be updated by authorized users within your organization or by contacting us.
